Как скинуть ошибки на triumph daytona 675
Первое, что нужно сделать — купить диагностический кабель OBDII KKL VAG-COM 409.1 USB с чипом FTDI (именно с этим чипом!) для всех моделей концерна VAG. Стоит он порядка 30-40$, в зависимости от производителя.
Выглядит он так:
В комплекте с этим кабелем идет диск с драйверами. В принципе, они нам не понадобятся, но лишними не будут.
Покупайте кабель, который работает с CAN-шиной! Тот, который рассчитан на работу со старыми авто до 2005 года выпуска, может не сработать! Для проверки купленного Вами кабеля, смотрите программу по ссылке в самом низу этого поста.
Затем необходимо купить переходник для кабеля OBDII FIAT с 3-пиновым разъемом. Стоит он порядка 15$ и выглядит так:
Данный переходник помимо диагностического разъема имеет два зажима-крокодильчика для подключения к проводам, идущим на клеммы АКБ мотоцикла.
Купить вышеуказанные кабель и переходник можно не только в заграничных интернет-магазинах и на аукционах, но и в России. Здесь они будут стоить дороже процентов на двадцать, но зато не придется ждать.
Далее нам понадобится ноутбук с установленными на нем на выбор Windows, Mac OS или Linux.
Заходим на страницу программы GuzziDiag:
…и скачиваем необходимые нам драйверы для кабеля OBDII и саму программу GuzziDiag V0.47 для ОС нашего ноутбука. На данный момент 47-я версия этой программы самая последняя и свежая.
На этой же странице есть и другие программы для чтения ECU и прочего, можете скачать все программы с этого сайта и в дальнейшем проверить их возможности. Пока же вернемся к диагностике.
Снимаем седло, снимаем защитный колпачок с диагностического разъема мотоцикла и подсоединяем к нему переходник FIAT 3-pin. Зажимы-крокодильчики переходника подключаем к проводам, идущим на клеммы АКБ мотоцикла, черный — на минусовую клемму, красный – на плюсовую. Подключайте их аккуратно и надежно (и именно на клеммы кабелей, а не на клеммы АКБ), ибо разъемы миниатюрные и ими неудобно орудовать в аккумуляторном боксе. Возможно имеет смысл поставить АКБ вертикально.
После присоединения переходника FIAT 3-pin, подключаем к нему сам кабель OBDII KKL, USB-разъем кабеля вставляем в ноутбук.
В стартовом окне программы выбираем язык и марку мотоцикла «California 1400» (не забываем, что эта программа изначально создана для мотоциклов MotoGuzzi, а не для Априлий). Там же выбираем номер COM-порта, к которому подключен диагностический кабель.
Включаем зажигание, выбираем в левом верхнем углу вкладку “File”, затем нажимаем кнопку «Connect»:
Программа осуществляет считывание параметров мотоцикла:
Затем в том же левом верхнем углу выбираем вкладку «View», выбираем раздел «Faults», жмем кнопку «Read» и читаем все ошибки, имеющиеся на данный момент:
Здесь же можно их стереть, нажав кнопку «Clear».
В процессе чтения ошибок и проверки диагностических параметров программа дает подсказки, когда необходимо включать-выключать зажигание и что нажимать.
После завершения всех процедур по просмотру/удалению ошибок и диагностике, желательно провести обнуление и переобучение дроссельных заслонок и рукоятки газа.
Для этого выбираем в окне программы сначала сброс всех настроек дроссельных заслонок и рукоятки газа, после сброса на приборной панели мотоцикла загорится красный треугольник с восклицательным знаком и в окне ошибок появятся ошибки обучения дроссельных заслонок и рукоятки газа, затем надо выбрать в меню обучение дроссельных заслонок, затем – обучение рукоятки газа. Все это выполнять именно в таком порядке, не наоборот. После этих процедур красный восклицательный знак на приборке гаснет и мотоцикл готов к использованию.
Машем дилеру ручкой и улыбаемся. В принципе, можно вместо махания ручкой показать им большой и жирный фак, и при этом не улыбаться.
